Try slowing it down the print speed to 20 mm/s. You also might want to bump up the temps to say 220 to 230. But I don't know what TPU your trying to use.

To remove filament flip the switch towards the hot end. To add filament to the printer flip it away from the hotend.

Replace the switch and send them the bill for it. It isn't hard to do.

I see your sending some people e-mails with the tracking info on their add ons?

I can't turn the printer off. I have to unplug it to turn it off and plug it back in to turn it on. The switch does nothing at all.

My other issue is the printer sometimes freezes when attempting to autolevel at the start of a print. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to fix it.
