My Cr-6 SE is also stuck at the boot screen. I had just finished my first print after setting up and then downloaded the latest firmware (CR-6 SE 32BIT latest firmware--V220.127.116.11.rar). Placed the bin file into the root of the 8GB SD card, moved all the other files off to a safe place. Powered down the CR-6 SE, unplugged it, inserted the SD Card, plugged it back in, turned it on. The Creality boot screen cam up with an empty progress bar and was like that for around 30 mins. So, I powered it down, unplugged it again, removed the SD Card, plugged it back in and powered it up once more. Same screen. I left it for another 10 mins with no change on the display. I downloaded the firmware again and repeated the process. Same issue.
