I tried to troubleshoot it myself and absolutly nothing. i dont have a tester so that would literally be the last option. i talked to "customer service" and im extremely dissatisfied. he told me to take a video and send it to their specialist or whatever, so they want a video of the printer just sitting there..smh. and also if it was the mobo you want me to wait how long tto get it from overseas. im sorry but you guys have lost my interest. and by looking at the forums obviously im not the only one. maybe ive had a rough day or maybe im just extremely dissapointed because i was excited about running it but still i did not feel like i was treated like they actually cared about my money lol.
