Hi everyone,
I've have lost many late nights and hours and days spending trying to trouble shoot the issue. I've levelled and re-levelled the bed probably 50 times now with same results. I use the Prusa slicer and have played with the settings and the issues are still the same. Not sure what is going on now.

I believe its related to retraction?

Temp: 210
Bed Temp: 65
Using PLA

Retraction settings is not perfect and keeps grinding the filament, I've tried 6mm at 20mms
and now the photo below is at 6mm and 80mms doesn't seem to grind the filament but I get this result.
deretraction is set at 40mms
