I work in a technology department of a school I am new to printing and decided to purchase an ender 5 pro with BL Touch.

First few prints where fine, no issues then suddenly a big problem.....

The z axis will move absolutely fine when using the "Move Axis" commands. However, once I carry out a "Home" and try and print the bed raises all the way to the stop switch and beyond and digs into the bed.

Likewise when I try to print, the extruder digs into the bed and doesn't lower at all during the print.

Anyone got any ideas??!?!?!?!??
