After endless failures, I realised the extruder was intermittently clicking. I eventually gave up as the arm seemed to be seized, and disassembled the arm.
The pivot screw was unbelievably over tightened, and the roller was so over tightened that it had actually stripped its thread in the arm.
How do I claim for a warranty extruder arm ?
