I'm new to resin 3D printers and having a problem with my LD-002R and Chitubox. For some reason, I'm not able to import any OBJ file into it, getting "the model is too large" error all the time. There are no problems with STL files, don't know why... Scaling the model doesn't fix the problem. What am I missing?
Right now I avoid the problem by importing my workflow OBJ files from Artec Studio to Blender and exporting them with STL format. But sometimes I run into the problem of losing materials or structures when converting.
Any advice would be appreciated.

From what I know you can get a refund through your backer report, isn't that right?
