I have to echo your concerns....whether it is contacting Creality tech support, via the kickstarter email or on this forum I have received no responses. I backed for a CR-6 SE, accessories and a CR-6 Max. Very disappointing and inconsistent customer service.

Shipment with add-ons to Canada
I am backer # 11952 and I have yet to receive my CR-6 SE. I purchased add-ons including a CR-6 Max which I understand is still in final production testing. According to your latest update on Kickstarter, only 1% of your shipments remain and those are to people who have not filled out their surveys correctly or have issues with address info. I know my survey info is correct and I have received no requests from Creality for clarification or confirmation of my address info. Can someone please respond?
