My CR-6 SE arrived with defective motherboard and Walker from the CS team said he would be sending my information to another college in order to process that request. I have not heard back from him or anyone else from Creality. It has been over 8 days and even when i first contact creality it took 6 to 7 days for anyone to respond to my emails. How do I get the new motherboard?

I still not have back from the CS team regarding replacement motherboard. If creality promises a 24 hour response time they are not being honest. It took almost 7 days for Creality to respond to my first email. below is that last email i received from them 8 days ago. I have sent a few emails asking who would be contacting me, and how I would be getting the new motherboard etc... NO response. At this point I would just pay for another motherboard.
