DISABLE THE SCREEN BLACK OUT
CREALITY , you need to need to release the CR6-SE OPEN source code and make it truly open source, so we can once and for all fix all the firmware errors you give us... as of today, this screen black out feature is rediculous. completely pointless and annoying, we dont even have an option to disable or set blackout timer.. come on.. this is basic stuff.. just release the open source and leave the fixing to the users since we have to end up fixing stuff ourselves like me having to replace my own plug and paying for it myself after i paid you 400 for a brand new printer. and im still waiting for my refund you supposed to issue me after i send you reciepts!!!

@timd1971 cr6-se was an upgrade for me. I did Buy a replacement switch from Amazon but its creality responsibility to respond and act on errors. I shouldn't have to pay for their error.

Creality knows it has SWITCH problems, just get the information and replace, two emails and your done, it is cheaper than all the labor you are spending on answering emails, and making people jump through hoops to get a switch.
Creality knows that they had some Quality issues, admit it and fix them, everyone would be happier.
Creality needs to find the most common problems, write and make a video how to correct the problem if the user can fix the problem. If not fixable they need to setup up some way to start fixing or replacing the problem units. It will cost them some money, but their reputation is at stake.
Some users will not want to open the unit and change parts, many will be able to fix the problem as long as Creality supplies the parts.
Creality needs to quit dragging out their problems, they are hurting their reputation and making everyone angry.
Bad on/off switch no purchased parts recieved yet.
I totally agree with all you said. Its been over a week for me waiting for a response and still nothing.. this wait time is costing me money. I need an answer @admin

@almoy from the looks of the switch it seems that the "spare set" of terminals is actually just there to connect the light in the rocker. But the way you connected it will work fine. As peace of mind I just decided to replace my switch instead of going your route..

@Starkiller I totally agree with your statement. Im still waiting over a week to get an answer. This delay causes me to lose money on my bussiness everyday that I wait for an answer. @admin the cost in material is pennies versus the cost that we pay for your product. Its easier to just replace all printers/parts in defective batch. Im still waiting for an answer to my issue aswell..

I noticed today while attempting to print i kept losing usb connection to printer, also when I turned of the power switch to reboot I heard sizzling coming from power switch and the illumination light inside power switch doesn't always work. I also noticed since I got the printer that when I turn the power switch off and I have the usb cable connected, the printer screen stays on with usb alone... is that normal? Please advise on the steps to take to resolve issues.

Could you please shoot a video and send us for analysis. Also provide the manufacturing code.
2:The usb lose connection ,If you mean the conection of printer to computer? Please try to change a nother usb cable try again. 3:The screen stay on with usb alone ,it noemal ,because usb with 5v supply voltage the same as screen's. I hope your feedback . Thank you . Best regards
