Issue resolved. Found that the tension lever on the feed assembly had cracked and proper tension was unable to be applied. The solution is a metal replacement part.

Ender 5 feeding problem solved.
I removed the feeder assembly to get it ready for replacement. Found the release lever (releasing the filament for removal) had fractured/broken. A replacement is due to arrive tomorrow. Now I wonder how the tension setting is determined for the new unit?

Ender 5 plus feeding issue
Printed just great the last time I used it. After multiple alignment checks and a nozzle change, the filament refuses to feed. The feed motor is turning, but no filament comes out of the nozzle. There is nothing binding the filament spool. Is there an adjustment to the feed mechanism, or something else I can do?
