@garr86 check if the Z axis end-switch is working properly. If you have a spare one just plug the socket to the spare one and press auto home on printer, it should move downwards and at some point you need to press the spare end-switch and see if it works. You can understand it by observing the Z axis movement, it should stop when you press the end-switch.

If ıt stops then detach the mounted end-switch on printer and replace it with the spare one. It solved my problem with printer.

@jackedward94 I meant "Z-axis" not "Y"

I think it is the "end-switch" on your printer's Y axis is not working properly, do you hear any clicking sound when you press it with your finger? I have had a similar problem with my ender 3 pro and changed the end-switch with the spare one which comes in the printer's box, problem solved.

Hello there, I have bought a brand new Creality Ender 3 Pro recently. I built it with the help of the device manual so the only parts that I haven't installed are the spare parts of the printer.

I am using the Creality Slicer Software, and my printer has a heated bed. With basic settings in slicer software I started the printing process, every stepper motor and extruder works fine. But my prints just wouldn't stick to the bed and get dragged around with the extruder movement, this happens right before the %90-%95 of the printing has completed.

Any solutions to stick my print on the printing bed? Open for suggestions if you have one
