I printer is not working. The heat bed heats up to 119C when setting to 0C, 45C, or 60C. When I finally get it to start a print the whole system freezes up and stops. The mainboard has also started heating up to where it burns my hand to touch the metal above the SD card. Please assist, I have emailed both customer service locations with no response yet. I am waiting to get my new power switch before I turn back on the printer. Once I have this I can make a video. Backer number 2095.

My heat bed keeps heating to 119c when set to 60,45,0. The main board has been overheating and making the case extremely hot to touch. I have updated the firmware.
