Hi, new to this forum. Setting up the 2nd and 3rd CR10S5, having difficulty leveling. One corner has a 1/4" air gap with the thumbscrews at highest level, the opposite corner has no more room to tighten the thumbscrew with the nozzle pressing against glass.

Both of the new machines are beyond leveling? Is there a way to correct this? Or are they past acceptable tolerances?
