I have just built a new 3d V2 printer. I have levelled the print deck etc. I grabbed a file that says it will check the level and allow me to adjust it at each corner.
However I started the beast and after what felt like a boot, the screen came up at the home page with Print, Guide, Setting, and another button.

None of them respond to my screen touches: I assume it is a touch screen as I see no other input method.

Have I missed a step? Is it faulty? It lights up and the cable sems well plugged in

Any help appreciated. As with most stages I am adept at mech and even computer work, but I am lost in this particular world.
