I am new to 3d printing and lately running into one issue that unable to fix.
I am using Ender 3 V2 with PLA material, both machine and material are new.

I have perfectly leveled the bed and no issue with adhesion. I have also calibrated the extruder stepper motor, XYZ cube, and the thin wall cube and calibration cubes are printing perfectly.
However, when I try to print a large thin wall part (with or without support), the surface finish looks like as shown in the picture below. I have also attached the cube pics as a data point.
