@Stefano yes, cleaning ethanol works/cleans even better than isopropyl alcohol for me. Better sticking.

@lisarein heat up the nozzle. (230deg.)Try again. If it still does not extrude, screw off the heated nozzle. Check if the filament goes through. If yes , remove the filament and push the Bowden tube though the hot end to remove any sticking ABS. Assemble again and try again. Good luck.
