Try "pushing" (even unplug & re-connect) all plugs ..

Having the bed temp at 75deg with slower speed 40mm/s when I use PETG, fixed my bed stick issues .. (even slower 25mm/s for first 2-3 layers helps greatly) Ender 3 Pro printer.
Also .. different brands of filament has different properties. (bloody annoying)

Faulty sd card ??
The mini sd card that came with my 3D printer was corrupted after second insert to printer .. power was on when inserted .. re-formatted, re-loaded file from site (made extra copies on PC, just in case) .. working again .. I turn power OFF on the device before remove sd card now & every time .. small hassle over large headache of losing & reloading files.

Try adjusting/tuning the bed heat settings ..
Or stick glue applied to bed ..
Or Hair spray .. (cover fan & belts .. etc)
But, I've had the best results from just fine tuning the bed heat settings & speed.

Curious to know ..
What temp did you heat the bed up to ?? ..
Heat can turn the colour of the glass paint/coating.
