RE: Firmware 1.3.1 BLTouch (both versions v4.22 and v4.2.7) not deploying probe.
@SlackHacky ok i see why now rather than release a 5 pin cable kit for ender 3 v2 you have ignored the bltouch port and used z stop and a adapter board ...... wow pretty poor ....

RE: Can you correct the Ender 3 V2 BLTouch firmware download
@admin oh dear, seems Creality are very slow on bringing this to market, many 3rd parties have developed solutions to fit BLTouch already. It seems Creality are missing sales opportunities here. Many customers only want to fit OEM kits with OEM firmware, but are driven to seek other solutions.

RE: Creality v4.2.7 Silent Mainboard Ender 5 & Ender 5 Pro compatible?
latest Marlin bugfix 2.0.6 (23 August 2020) has the v427 board configuration merged into it, so you can build your own.

Firmware 1.3.1 BLTouch (both versions v4.22 and v4.2.7) not deploying probe.
The newly released 1.3.1 BLTouch firmware does not deploy the probe ( red led solid no small blue led) in both versions standard (v4.2.2) and TMC2225 (v4.2.7) luckily i have already compiled a working 2.0.6BugFix for the v4.2.7 with BLTouch - but heads up YOUR firmware does not work and yes using the dedicated 5 pin BLTouch port with no z stop connected 2 pin port empty)

RE: Can you correct the Ender 3 V2 BLTouch firmware download
Please can you look again at the Ender 3 V2 BLTouch firmware download! It is still wrong @ v1.1.6 - also the file inside the folder is WRONG and is a STANDARD v1.0.1 NON BLtouch firmware...... the BLTouch firmware should be V.1.1.1 (or newer)

RE: BLTouch and Cura
@RoBe Right I shall explain a little better
the G29 does a ABL ever time if you put it in G Code this is NOT needed (unless you want it)What you could do is 1st thing when you turn printer on daily and check it over and give it a quick clean - you do this right?
- is to run the auto bed level from menu and then save it by store configuration in menu - you have now saved your ABL Mesh, only do this when you do something that could upset it i.e remove glass, wack bed etc...
now all you need after G28 INSTEAD of G29 is
M420 S1 Z2 ;Enable ABL using saved Mesh and Fade Height
this will recall from eprom or sdcard depending on firmware your saved ABL Mesh and use that to level your bed for prints.
now as for the extruding lots of stuff in middle of bed, what firmware are you on? also keep file name under 22 characters i.e print.gcode NOT ender3_pro_i_will_use_too+long_ afile_name_today.gcode.

RE: Ender 3 Pro BLTouch upgrade issues
that's standard non blt firmware - they got it wrong (messed up name and contents) - v1.0.1 is standard v1.1.1 is BLTouch - look up Ender 3 V2 on FB and there will be a Gdrive link to correct firmware.

RE: Get motherboard version with code instead of opening printer
E3V2 come with the v4.2.2 motherboard as OEM fit, from factory - the v4.2.7 is USER fitted (for a dead v4.2.2 etc)

RE: New Firmware update 14th November
Lets just put it simply, that the firmware by Creality is JUST their custom tweaked OLD marlin 2.0.1 (we are on 2.0.7.2 at time of this post) So its fine to use Creality firmware, but if you want extra functions you will have to use a later version of marlin i.e 2.0.7.x

RE: BL touch not working on Mainboard V4.2.7
how have you connected BlTouch to M/board ? there are 3 ways to do this and can result in damage to mother board

RE: Ender 3 V2 MBG Extruder?
@Hronus you will need to set via ponterface or octoprints terminal via usb cable, the BMG has a 3 to 1 ratio so anything up to and around 415 is acceptable, not sure of command but its something like M92 E415 and M500 to save it

RE: ATTENTION: Creality BL Touch Application Notice
@DNW TMC2225 for v4.2.7 board and other for v4.2.2
the 1.3.1 BLTouch (at moment) does NOT Work on either board - i have personally test on my own v4.2.7 E3V2 others have tried on v4.2.2 E3V2 - i do have a working bltouch firmware i compiled from bugfix206 so i know its not a faultly bltouch as has been on both my v4.2.2 and v4.2.7 board (both boards fully working ) -
