i have the same problem

newbie to 3d printing here.

so i just got it set up and it wont home. . figured out how to change the software around and made sure it was up to date. motherboard says 4.2.2 and i have firmware version 1.0.4. i have tried the other firmware's thinking that would fix the issue but it didn't. i can manually move the axis in settings menu but that it is. everything seems to be plugged in correctly as well.
