Good luck, the customer service from this company is terrible. They told me to go to AliExpress for the part I need. But they won't tell me what it is called or a part number for it so I can find it.

I broke a piece off from my machine. I can't find a schematic to order another piece. Does anyone know how to order parts of this machine?
