I set up my new CR-SCAN 01. I use the encluded usb stick to establish the CR Studio 1.7.4.383. I connent the cables and it says : "Controler Connected", "Camera unconnected". I tried all 4 usb 3.0 plugs of my labtop but nothing. I tried another laptop. Nothing. I tried my 3 year old desktop and suddenly it connected but then disconnected again. I tried my 1 year old desktop and it works! ...but I bought the scanner in order to be portable and I need it to work with my laptop! So I bought a powered usb hub, just in case, but the camera is still disconnected at my laptop. What may be wrong? Has it happen to anyone?
