Is new firmware going to be available very soon for these?
Will the Creality Filament Runout Sensor also be available on the official Creality store and also Amazon (preferred) for purchase?
Many anxious users! ; )
Thank you!

Available prob 6 month wait period requirement?
THANK YOU! Creality is on the right track!!! Great job!
Ender 3 V2 does not come with filament runout sensor like the the CR6-SE does, but the V2 has the connector on the board for future add on like the BLTouch does and it's connector on board.
Was wondering if we can purchase the filament runout sensor separately from Creality or use another and with the connector on board.
Assume another firmware update would be required to use the filament runout sensor.
Thank you again! Very promising!

"Anyone looking at Github can find the mechanical drawings for the Ender-3 and also the files for the motherboards: the Gerber files. One of the reasons so many mods can be easily made for the Ender-3 is that those full mechanical CAD drawings are available. This makes it easy to create the correct dimensions for parts, as long as nothing changes physically."
Then can we please get ALL the same for the Ender-3 V2?
It is obviously a error in their advertising which they make many errors if you haven't figured that out. It is what it is for low cost. Maybe look at Prusa mini or MK3S? $$$$
The V2 does NOT come with a filament runout device, just the connector to add a future one or your own.
There is no best brand.. Hatchbox, eSun, Matterhackers, Overture, Priline, Sunlu, tecbears are some good brands. But will also depend on the type... PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, NYLON ETC. If buying on Amazon, just go with reviews to help with your decision.
I've tried not so known brands and been fine. Probably like tire manufacturers... many different brands of tires, but only 3 major tire makers for them.
Glad to see things more professional here.
Thank you!
Don't you love being so frustrated with something that should be so simply rectified .... and not take DAYS to do so. : /
I usually pace back and forth sweating incessantly and check out the window every so often.
FEED RATE.
Turn the knob to change the overall speed and the speed of the filament proportionally.
Be aware, too fast, less quality and increase chance of failure. Tradeoffs.

@Memphis said in Slow Support and Creality in denial of Problems:
this wait time is costing me money.
Hmmm....if in business, prob should have looked at the PRUSA MK3S or Mini?
These switches are probably pretty standard and get cheaply on Amazon if no time to wait on Creality support.
I purchased from SainSmart distributor (Amazon USA) and wanted a few different parts for a Ender 3 V2, and they sent them free immediately via DHL from China, and arrived just a few days later each time. Great SainSmart support!
Sounds like you bought the Kickstarter CR6 SE? Yeah, not sure what the deal is with that... and such a long wait... V2 arrived next day. Very widely supported like its predecessors.
Seems this model printer CR-6 SE was RUSHED.
Good grief, who the hell would overpay that much for those items? : /
That's NOT an acceptable answer.
Wait for slow DHL delivery from China, or just order extra belts Amazon etc. Will need for backup later anyways.
