Hey I was able to solve my issue. It turned out the gantry on X-axis was too loose. There are 2 wheels on the top and one on the bottom. Tighten the one on the bottom if you notice the nozzle having a lot of give when trying to auto level. Apparently it is looking for more pressure to recognize the bed then I would have thought. Anyway, this may not be the same issue for others but once I did that the auto level has been working as expected. Best of luck!

RE: Printing bed seems to be not even... (Autolevel fail?)
@Mic_Hazelburn Check the Y-axis / build plate. Nothing should move or give when the autolevel process is going on. Watch the video on the SD card they sent for reference as to what the autolevel should look like. Should be a light touch on all ends of the plate. If that doesn't work I'm out of ideas myself. Best of luck

@spauliszyn That's awesome. My z-offset is around 3.5-4.0 now but it's pretty consistent on all sides.

RE: level issue
@Yanray I had the same issue and have a thread here as well. Try tightening the bottom wheel on the carriage (use the wrench that came with the printer). There shouldn't be any give. You don't need it to be tight, just snug. You shouldn't see any flex when it auto levels. This fixed my issue completely. Try it out!

RE: Printing bed seems to be not even... (Autolevel fail?)
I had a similar issue and made a similar thread. When you are doing the auto level, does it look like the carriage is flexing at all when it is pushing against the build plate while probing? Hard to explain what I mean by this...but if you're not sure, try wiggling the carriage and see how tightly it sits on the X-axis bar. The wheels should be snug. If not, try tightening the bottom wheel of the print carriage (use the wrench that came with the printer, in the drawer). My issue was caused because the probe wasn't sensing the pressure of hitting the plate early enough. I imagine there's different give on different ends of the X-axis, causing it to be uneven like this. Hopefully this will help someone with similar issues.

RE: How to autolevel?
I was watching the operation video that was included on the SD card and noticed that in the auto level part of the video there was no flex in the print head...that's what caused me to check. I could tell the wheels that should be somewhat gripping the X-axis bar were quite loose, so that's what gave me the thought to try tightening them

How to autolevel?
How is the auto leveling supposed to work? I've run it, print head comes down and does the whole grid, then re-homes...no additional message or anything saying it was complete. When I try printing, the nozzle is so close to the build plate in most places that the extruder clicks trying to push the filament through.
