I have been checking on the status of my order and it has been sitting idol for the last 19 days, ever since you had provided me with the tracking number. Is there any reason for the hold-up / why UPS still has not received my order?

I am Backer # 10964 - Showing that printer was sent to ROW when I live in Canada? Can I get a tracking # or have someone clarify that my printer will in fact be sent to my requested address in Canada?
