Ender-3v2 neo trouble with the screen

Hello ,
i bought a ender-3 v2 neo when i unboxed it and turned it on it the screen came on with the name and some number under it seen picture

eg) and doesnt let me do anything else ???
So i took the back off the control panel to have a look at the board but got abit lost on what i was looking at and couldnt figure out what firmwire i needed to sort out the problem on this board out please help

I’m having a similar problem with my screen. Although it didn’t act up until I tried to update the firmware.
I would hesitate doing anything with the board And look at whether the firmware is up-to-date.
My issue is not fixed, but I have a request into their support channel on FB.
