Gap between shell and inner part

Hello to all!

Recently I bought a Creality CR-10 SE and I’m having issues.
When the hotend arrives to the shell layer in the top layers, in some parts it leaves a gap and it doesn’t fill with the material.

I bought the PLA Hyper from Creality. I don’t really like it and I don’t know if it’s because the printer it’s not well configured (I set the parameters from the website for this material) but I don’t like how it looks.

I also have a Ender 3 V2 (should print not as good as this one) and it’s printing so much better than this CR-10 SE. In the Ender I’m printing with Elegoo PLA material.

I hope some one could give me a hint about that.
Thank you very much in advance.

Increase infill overlap % and skin overlap %. This is in creality print.

Sorry, I’m not sure which slicer settings is causing that.
My CR10 SE prints those features perfectly.
