Title: [1.1.7.0] Update activated max_power: 0.5 cap on heated bed — half-power heating

Printer: Creality K2 (standard)
Firmware: 1.1.7.0 (updated Sept 24, 2026)

Issue: After updating to 1.1.7.0, the heated bed heats at 50% power max
(confirmed on the printer’s power readout and in Fluidd). Heat-up time
roughly doubled.

Evidence: Comparing printer.cfg against the pre-update backup
(printer.cfg.1):

  • Before: the max_power: 0.5 line under [heater_bed] was commented out
    (effective max_power = 1.0, confirmed by the SAVE_CONFIG block).
  • After 1.1.7.0: the line is active/uncommented, capping the bed at 50%.

Notably, the stock template carries the comment “This configuration is
prohibited from being modified or deleted” on that line — yet the updater
activated it.

Workaround: commenting the line back out restores full-power heating.

Expected: a firmware update should not change the effective max_power.
Please fix in the next release.
