Has anyone had the problem of the CR Laser Falcon Pro 10W cutting through so it falls out, and then not cutting through? Same 1/4 “wood each time. I have had this before, and they sent me a new 10W laser and nothing has changed. I have it on the Engraving/Cutting level at 100/100/4. Just did 5 passes with just the circle to cut out, and it worked, but why did it work perfectly before engraving with 4 passes, making 6 of the coasters with the engraving? I am wondering if I should go to the 2nd level of focus and try to engrave and cut.
