Finally received delivery of My K2 Combo…So disappointed in my purchase…Been using 3d printers for many years so not a newbie to the hobby.
Followed the unboxing and setup supplied by Creality themselves…
Powered up the K2 got to the Self test Nozzle ticked Bed ticked then heat break fan cross, reset and tried again same thing happens over and over so cannot use the printer as it will not get passed the fan errors.
Anyone’s help will be received gratefully
Please check the voltage selector switch is in the correct postion for your location.
230v or 115v.
I also had the heat break fan x out the box but I just continued. Everything was working thereafter.
Can you print anything, like bengy file ?
K2 Plus auto selects voltage, there is no selector!
Wont finish self test just sits there dots flashing but doing nowt…not a good start to my expensive present
Hi, I had the same and wasn’t willing to wait for support - If it helps, I had the same problem today and even through the fan was spinning, it gave an error.
I downloaded the latest firmware onto the USB stick and powered it on and updated it to CR0CN240110C10_ota_img_V1.1.1.7.img - Problem solved. 
Thought I’d call it out here to get anyone else with the error up and running.
