I wanted to share my latest design with you – a 360° rotating stationery organizer.
The idea was to combine a clean-looking desk organizer with something a little more interesting mechanically. The base uses a planetary gear mechanism, while the seven compartments are completely removable and each has its own dedicated slot.
I also designed several different surface patterns for the compartments, so they can be mixed and matched for different looks.
It took quite a few iterations to get everything working the way I wanted, especially the rotating mechanism, but I’m really happy with the final result.
