If Im in the wrong place to as questions about this matter please just point me in the right direction.
Hi im new to this site long time user of creality print and up until the purschase of my k2 plus I have not had any major problems to speak of. But with the purschase of the k2 + I have constant crashes of the software it generates crash reports and I send them. but I do not know what to do after that.
Like I said I have not needed help until now 10 years, but I have not had a multi color printer before
if I am in the right place let me know an I will as my questions if not please tell me where to go to get help on the creality print software
