Brand new Falcon2 Pro 60W setup, installed 60W module on gantry but unable to lower the module all the way down to the work surface. There is a slight notch in the module to clear the eccentric nut but it doesn’t run all the way up the Z track so I am unable to get closer then about 1 1/2 inches from the surface. Has anyone run into this problem and if so what is the solution?
Hi @MDeHate.
This may sound stupid, but make sure the bottom screw (there are the 2 on the right side that allows you to lower the unit) is well “unscrewed”. I had something similar at first where I didn’t notice that the bottom screw can be screwed quite far, preventing the unit from going down.

Well you can mark this as another instance of Duhhh I went back out yesterday to the shop and looked real hard and saw that the same bottom locking screw was just ever so protruding and stopping the module… Thanks for you assistance and knowledge that I’m not the only one that had this happen… Cheers
