Abnormal Bed Movement during Auto Leveling on Creality HI

Hello!
I am wondering if someone experienced the same problem or is this maybe a feature.

So during normal startup and self-check sequence, during the Auto Leveling step, the x-axis and y-axis motors move to probe different spots on the print surface very quickly!
The whole bed jumps a little and jerks when the y motor moves it and it looks like it has friction and it binds. The movement is too sharp and quick and not smooth, which makes me worried that it will damage the rails and wheels.

I tried lubricating the linear rails where the wheels are moving with the provided grease but the problem remains.

If anyone has some experience or advice on this, I will be very glad to hear it.
Thank you and happy printing!

Hello!
@CREALITY is it possible to have someone from Technical Support look into this?
Thank you!

Do you have jams when you move the table with your hands? If nothing jams, then the problem is with the motor. And how does it print? If it prints well, then the problem is different, and most likely the problem is like mine, which I haven’t figured out yet.

Did you ever find out what was happening? Mine is doing this. Prints well but almost jumps off the desk at the end of self levelling.

Hello! First, try just grabbing the corner of the build plate and try shaking it gently. If there is any movement (especially significant) then the solution is in the official Creality troubleshooting video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3AK6Y9G-Ils.

If not, maybe you need to lubricate the rails. Mine was severely shaking and this video solved the problem!

Good luck!
