Where is my K2 Plus combo ordered on 1 July 2024 from the UK?
Where is my aditional CFS ordered 11 November 2024, also for UK delivery?
K2 due in Oct, aditional CFS due Nov/Dec
I received a reply from the DE Store that my 40% K2 will arrive between 30 Nov to 10 Dec at the warehouse.
Do you know when the accessories or spare parts (Nozzle Kit / Build Plate) will be available in the EU or DE Store?
My 1st July K2 Plus combo order is delayed again!
The story from Creality that ALL pre orders left the factory by the end of October and will be delivered by mid Nov is clearly untrue! As they are now trying to change the content of those pre orders!
I’m now told mid to late December for mine. Given that’s the festive season, I suspect it might be delaied further, along with the extra CFS i ordered a few weeks ago. Grrrrrrr 
I apologize deeply for the delay.
However, based on my discussions with the Store team, the timing should not be further delayed. The shipment is currently en route to Europe. Once it reaches the European warehouse, it will be dispatched to different countries.
Accessories specifically for K2 plus will not be available until next year. At least multiple pre-sale batches of K2 plus need to be delivered before we can start processing accessories.
What about spare parts, when will they be availble. I need 0.6 nozzles and regular maintenance parts.
Appreciate a commitment together with a spares page on web for purchase direct.

There is clearly now a problem with trust. After September and October delays, we were told,
“ALL K2 Plus combo pre orders left the factory in October”…
Then,
“sorry for delay, delivery will be in November.”
Then,
“Sorry, end of November or early December”.
Then,
“sorry, by the 15th December”
Today,
“Sorry, we hope to dispatch in the middle of December”
No mention of delivery, even in December!
Yet non pre orders placed in November are now being delivered. What is going on?
That is almost 7 months and counting for paid orders!
I have had confirmation a few days ago that my order is in Europe, and is being prepared and will be leaving UK distributor on 10th Dec. Have you and other UK customers not had such ?
No! Neither pre order from 1st July nor aditional CFS order from Nov.
Same problem for mine. I have buy one 5 month ago. Why no news? Awaiting for shipment. It is ridiculous. I am really disappointed.

When Creality say shipped out, verify!
Creality said this in October for all pre orders for the UK. Still waiting for mine as are many others, and the latest rumor is “dispatch at the end of December 2024” for orders place in June/July 2024.
So maybe UK orders will be delivered in January 2025? Any chance of a response from @Optimus Optimus, or anyone else at Creality?
What is going on? Given initial delivery of pre orders was Sep/Oct 2024.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the two orders, I previously inquired about the delivery dates, and the estimated arrival times provided to me have not yet passed.
However, if you are still concerned, I would suggest reaching out directly to the Store or customer service team for further clarification, as I am managing the forum and do not have access to personal or logistics information. I can only inquire on your behalf via email to these departments.
