Where is my K2 Plus combo ordered on 1 July 2024 from the UK?
Where is my aditional CFS ordered 11 November 2024, also for UK delivery?
K2 due in Oct, aditional CFS due Nov/Dec
I received a reply from the DE Store that my 40% K2 will arrive between 30 Nov to 10 Dec at the warehouse.
Do you know when the accessories or spare parts (Nozzle Kit / Build Plate) will be available in the EU or DE Store?
My 1st July K2 Plus combo order is delayed again!
The story from Creality that ALL pre orders left the factory by the end of October and will be delivered by mid Nov is clearly untrue! As they are now trying to change the content of those pre orders!
I’m now told mid to late December for mine. Given that’s the festive season, I suspect it might be delaied further, along with the extra CFS i ordered a few weeks ago. Grrrrrrr 
I apologize deeply for the delay.
However, based on my discussions with the Store team, the timing should not be further delayed. The shipment is currently en route to Europe. Once it reaches the European warehouse, it will be dispatched to different countries.
Accessories specifically for K2 plus will not be available until next year. At least multiple pre-sale batches of K2 plus need to be delivered before we can start processing accessories.
What about spare parts, when will they be availble. I need 0.6 nozzles and regular maintenance parts.
Appreciate a commitment together with a spares page on web for purchase direct.
