After 13 Days of paid order, is still awaiting shipment

I did paid for scanner and + items on Nov 12. Some Items are still waiting for shipment and nobody answer email to know date of deliver … is a shame

Same boat here, ordered a k2 plus combo a week ago and still no shipping confirmation.

It is the same for me, I order and paied a K1C + combo 18 days ago (30/11/24) and the order is still awaiting for shipment. No confirmation Email for the order and no answer to my Emails.
Did you finaly recieve your order ?

I just recived an Email answer saying that (despite the awaiting for shipment status shown on the web site concerning my order) :
“the order is out for delivery , All you can do now,
Please wait, And your order will be delivered to you soon.”
