Good day all
Just recieved my Falcon2 Pro 22w, assembled and powered on only to find the air assist pump runs 30sec then goes off permanently and the air light flickers red, meaning i cannot do a thing with this machine,my 1st laser engraver now this experience
any help please?

The air pump will turn on for about 30 seconds, then shut off until you start cutting/engraving.
There is a wheel on the left of the laser frame that allows you to adjust the air flow when the laser is on. Of course, this also goes with the way the G-Code is configured, wether you use the Air Assist or not in your software.
Also, note that when the air is “low”, the corresponding light will indeed change color to inform you of the situation.

thanks,will try,been through so many youtube videos and nothing,now a make simple test designs then when i click frame nothing happens neither start or anything,im new to this so maybe possibly just something i missed in my settings
…when you click “Frame”. From the front of the machine, or in LightBurn?
I’d start simple - like try the model (gcode) that comes on the SD card, directly on the Falcon, without going through the computer. That way, you can keep the minimum, and see if the laser functions as it should. If it does, you can move to the next step and try other things.
