hello so i’m having issues after installing a sprite extruder pro on my ender 3 pro. I have all the wiring plug in to the correct spot, but when testing everything else passes expect for heating the nozzle. when trying to do that a alarm starts to go off and says on the screen heating failed E1 please restart. i have no clue what is going.

Hi @Yao_Saechao and welcome to the forums.
Check the side of your extruder and you may find a red plug that is poked in above the cooling fan, if you plug that into the socket on the side of the extruder you should find that it will work normally. Hope this helps.

Why isnt the attaching of the heatblocks red wires in the manual? Spent an hour going through the machine to verify all the wiring was correct a d theway they buried that wire connection was insane, almost broke the wire to get it out from the place they lodged it.
Stuff like this makes me ask why i continue with this brand of printer.
