Falcon 2 controller with 40w laser module. I am having an issue with the temperature alarm on the laser module, it beeps after about 10 minutes of use with every 100% power cut I do and get the following error:
ERROR:07.
The temperature of the laser module is abnormal and has stopped working.
The laser itself isn’t really hot to the touch, but something is triggering this. The unit is pretty clean and fans run well, the alarm triggers with or without the enclosure I have, also even with the ac cranked in the shop, temp alarm still triggers… I have all the alarms set to off that I know of, $153, $154, $155. None of these are the temperature alarm, which I don’t know if you can turn this off.
Does anyone know how to turn off the temperature alarm?
Can I change the temperature threshold in the console?
Where is the speaker located for the alarm, is it just on the board of the laser?
