I’ve been using Creality Print on my K1 Max for over a year with the Android app with no problems. A few months ago, with no updates (that I know of), the video doesn’t work. I have to hit re-try several times after timeouts. Sometimes, it doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. Nothing helps.
Does it work via the browser (enter the IP, make sure that you use http:// in front of it not https:// and that you are in the same wifi as the printer) or Creality Print 7 on a computer?
Yes. However, for some reason the old interface came back up on my phone app. Interface is very different. For instance, the screen comes up grey while it’s loading the image, and stats playing automatically. Before it would came up black and I’d have to press the play button. Another difference is a different screen that gave me a time of completion, The original and current one does not give the time of completion. Just the runtime.
