Hi all,
just put together my Falcon Pro 22kw, I have a bit of a problem, of the 2 screws that go in to the Laser head mount I only had 1 in the box 
,
I used the chat to speak to an advisor and gave them all the details that they requested, however I have not received a response eg via email, I was also advised that this will have to go to the office in China to be sorted so could be waiting a while for a screw, does anyone know the size of these screws as being in the UK I think it may take some time to address and want to use my machine, thanks in advance

Would it not be possible to take the one screw you have, check that it will fit correctly in both places and if so, take it down to your local hardware store and see if they have a match ?

Hiya, it fits in both places, went to the local DIY/Hardware store and they had nothing, hoping that they will send me the part, thanks for replying
Are you talking about the thumb screw?
On my 40W Falcon, I could replace my thumbscrew with a M4 x 30MM cap head screw temporarily if I needed to. I would just sand the end smooth of the temporary bolt. This could get you lasering sooner than later.
M4 is 4mm round.
