App Crash on Filament Profile Access After Update – v7.1.1.4472 macOS M4

Subject: Creality Print 7.1.1.4472 — Crash on Filament Profile Access / Cloud Sync Loop (macOS, M4)

Device: Mac Mini M4 OS: macOS Sequoia App Version: Creality Print 7.1.1.4472 Printer: Creality Hi

Issue: Since updating to version 7.1.1.4472, Creality Print crashes consistently when accessing filament profiles. The issue began on approximately May 27, 2026 and has persisted across every session since.

Confirmed from logs:

  1. On startup, dozens of system config files throw errors for deprecated keys (material_flow_dependent_temperature, material_flow_temp_graph) that were removed in the new version but still exist in the installed system profiles.

  2. Every time the filament panel is opened, the app enters a runaway loop attempting to sync filament presets to Creality Cloud, receiving repeated status=429 and error code 1088 responses (“Please do not repeat the same operation many times”). This loop appears to cause the crash.

  3. In one session, loading a 3MF file caused the filename to be logged dozens of times in rapid succession, suggesting a second runaway loop triggered by file loading.

  4. Logs show isFilamentUserMaterialValid userMaterial= with a blank value, suggesting the update broke recognition of existing user filament profiles, which may be the root cause triggering the sync loop.

Logs available upon request. I have 18 session logs documenting the issue consistently from May 27 through June 4, 2026.

Please investigate the filament profile migration and cloud sync behavior introduced in this update.
