Are servers down? Can't bind to cloud

I’m currently getting a n error when trying to bind to the creality cloud. “IOT initialization failed, check server settings”. Are the cloud servers down right now or something?

Looks like that. There are no warnings or messages about it in my personal account

I had a heck of a time tonight. I’ve only had my printer for a week, and this is my first ever printer, so I figured I was doing something wrong. I’ve had zero issues until tonight. Turned it on and it wouldn’t connect. Powered off and on several times. Logged in and out of my phone app. It just finally worked. I was able to get something started printing, but it still keeps disconnecting from my app.

Mine lost my printer and won’t re-bind. Guessing servers are down

It seems like the servers might be down. I’m also facing similar issues with connecting to the Creality Cloud. Hopefully, they resolve it soon

I believe the service is down again its says my printer is offline

Is anyone else (other than me) still facing the same issue?

Still down

I’m still having this problem… my network connection looks OK … but to confuse things I’ve also recently changed my network

I think maybe the connections might be tricky in different areas. Mine is working fine.

One thing to check is if you are logged in to CrealityCloud.com as sometimes I find that it logs me out when I don’t use it for awhile.

Well I fixed my problem … I tried removing the WIFI connection and using another WIFI network I have … that didn’t work … So when my print completed …I powered off my K1 and powered back on and re did the bind to Creality Cloud … and much to my surprise it logged on … Not sure how and why but my camera works in workspace now .
