Assembling the printer and I tore, yes tore, the connector right off of the display cable

I keep getting GRAVE disappointments from Creality.

My Ender 3v3’s Y-axis motor dies. Can’t even find the part to save my life. ONE YEAR FROM WHEN I BOUGHT THE PRINTER AND I CAN’T EVEN KEEP IT RUNNING BECAUSE A TECHNICALLY WEAR PART IS UNOBTAINIUM JUST LIKE THE REV1 K1MAX MOTORS.

So, I decide to buy a K2. $500 for all intents. This is under the assumption that it’s really more a throwaway- burn up the steppers and throw the SOB out and get another- because you aren’t offering the parts. As I’m assembling the display to the cable, trying to put the short SOB into that deep well for the display (C’mon, guys…that’s bad engineering out of box.) and the thing rips right off the ribbon.

SERIOUSLY?

If you would just adjust a little bit, you’d still be premium without the price. This isn’t it. It’s CLEAR you bloody know there is a problem. When you offer the cable as a consumable to be purchased from your online presence (but not the motors…hm…) indicates that you KNEW it was a design defect like few others.

Get your damn act together or lose everything. You’ve already got major YT reviewers telling you to go pound sand over your antics and I run into crap that’s inexcusable. Do better or DIE.
