Atasco k1c

Filament stuck in the extruder, I could imagine it getting tangled in the gears, will need a strip down to remove it. For TPU try to keep the retraction distance low, less than a 1mm. TPU being flexible doesn’t like being pushed and pulled, its like spaghetti, the more you push it the more likely it is to buckle and crush itself into somewhere it shouldn’t.

Did you find the solution? I am using CR-TPU 0.95 and the problems are persistent. I’ve already tried placing the spool on top (with a 3D printed system), lowering the printing speed, controlling the extruder retraction, raising the temperature, lowering the temperature, heating the filament for several hours… nothing works. It starts printing fine and then the filament gets compressed inside the extruder which keeps trying to extrude, makes that typical noise, but the filament doesn’t come out. Curiously, some prints come out fine (one out of 5) and the rest clog up 2 or 3 minutes after starting to print.
