I’m trying to return a non-functioning machine and in order to do so, I need to repack it. In order to repack it, I need to move the bed to the bottom of the machine in order to fit all the boxes inside and affix the bed retention screws for shipping. However the device will not return to home on the z-axis (it just throws a bed leveling error) and if I try pushing the down arrow button on the screen it tells me to home the device first and does nothing. Creality support has been worse than useless. So now I’m here hoping someone here will be able to help me get this garbage out of my house.
