I have Falcon 2 Pro 22W and I upgraded to 2.1.02, then tried to auto focus z axis on something that was to thick. Now the camera is not working properly. I tried to do the workspace alignment. It frames the piece, then goes home. When I hit start, the laser head goes about 1/2 inch, then stops and alarms. What am I doing wrong? Please help!!!
I figured it out, I was getting an Error 24 in Lightburn. It is saying there is something open, there was a magnet on left side of draw that came out. I put it back in and everything is good.
Yes that is a safety mechanism, there would be overwrite switches on the inside (front left), it would disable the safety on the 2 Pro but if there’s an issue with the magnet switches you can still use the machine this way at least (or if you remove the drawer to put a bigger object or a rotary below.
