I have just got a ender 3 v3 se and I’m currently trying to set it up still but when i turn it on i select my language then it heats and cleans the nozzle, when it heats and cleans the nozzle isn’t over the board it’s off the the left. And once it starts to auto z the nozzle pushes very hard on the bed while the sensor is off to the left as seen in pics if anyone could help that would be great
You can see on your pictures the strain sensor that the printhead presses the printhead down onto, it shouldn’t bend the bed. Check that the strain sensor is properly connected, there is a little board under the bed that it connects to to check also.
I had a similar issue a couple of months back and it was resolved by Creality help. They sent me a replacement piezoelectric part (the bit above the hot-end with wires attached) and a replacement for the pub on the hotend. Sadly that didn’t work so they sent a new motherboard and another pub for the hotend and that didn’t work either. Finally I received another piezoelectric device and yet another hotend board and this resolved the issue. I’ve had no issues since plus all the parts supplied by Creality were free of charge, so my advice is email Creality support and I’m sure they will resolve the problem. Note; my printer was around 14 months old when I reported the fault and yet they still didn’t charge me fo the parts. Good luck
Pub should read PCB
