I’m finding impossible to point out a procedure to be able to print on a stock unrooted Ender-5 MAX running .2021 firmware and using creality slicer 6.2.0.2828
Mesh level is either ignored or overwritten, even if i start a job with “print calibration” unchecked, printer goes into calibration and when printing, starts scraping…
Could this be a firmware issue? a slicer issue?
Adding photo of a finished flow test print with very clear results showing -5, -8 and -9 never make it out the nozzle despite tabs surrounding them print fine.
Install rooted firmware, after this helper script and with helper script install fluid. And after this you can be happy. ![]()
Hi Vladimir, I appreciate your time… I’m not at all savvy enough to do such a thing…
Right now I’m printing without releveling and it’s good enough to use the printer…
Is your suggestion a complicated process?
No, it’s really easy. Also you have a step by step manual on github. Not sure if I can post links here. I’ll find it and will send you here.

It’s a manual, I use V1.2.0.20.

And this is how you install fluid and all the other stuff.
Thanks, i’ll look into this…
