Automatic feed problem

I have the K2 plus with One CFS. I have had it about 2 months. I previously had an Ender 3 S1 plus and I am using up some of the Ender PLA which I still have left. I have used several reels including all of those in the machine and all work. I have Ender PLA in all 4 slots. Black in 1A and 1B. I have Blue in 1C and Red in 1D. I have automatic change on but it still wanted me to refill 1A when it ran out. It said “no compatible filament found” The automatic refill is active, It has the latest Firmware. All slots it shows as Ender PLA and all slots do work independently. I took the reel out of slot 2 and manually fed it into slot 1. So now it is continuing a 9 hour print and has about 6 hours still to do so obviously I don’t want to abort it.

Any ideas I could try to fix it please. I have a few part reels and I could easily make things which wouldn’t care about a mix of colours.

Have you set al the colors the same of the fillament on the printer cfs menu ?

Yes I did. These had already been in the CFS and used individually, I am sure everything was as it should have been. SO what I have done now is put a reel with a small amount of white in 1A and another identical reel in 1B. I when through the routine of setting up each one again but apart from changing the colour from black to white it was all the same. I have done another print run with another item I created in Tinkercad. The same version of Tinkercad on the same laptop. I ran it and this time it worked perfectly. I can only think that for some reason the software itself did something daft
